How to Use

Choose one method (don’t combine all in the same day):

  • For congestion support:
1 tablespoon in the morning (empty stomach) + 1 tablespoon before bed for 7 days.

  • For cold/sinus discomfort:
Drink it warm (strained) twice daily: morning + evening.

  • For prevention / immune support:
1 tablespoon daily on an empty stomach for 15 days per month.

  • Steam option (for nasal blockage):
Add a small amount to hot water and inhale steam for 10 minutes.

Recommended Duration

  • Congestion or respiratory discomfort: 7–10 days

  • Preventive use: 15 days per month
Avoid long continuous use—these ingredients can be strong and may irritate the stomach if overused.
