🔧 Preparation

Peel and grate the ginger.

Crush the garlic into a paste.

Chop or blend the onion.

Combine ginger, garlic, and onion in a glass container.

Add lemon juice and warm water.

Let it rest 30 minutes.

Add honey if desired to soften the taste.

How to Use
Choose one method (don’t combine all in the same day):
