Preparation and instructions for use:

Pour the water into a  saucepan and bring it to a boil.

When the water is hot, add the sliced ​​prunes and dates.

Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes.

After cooking, remove from heat and let cool.

Transfer the mixture to a glass jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator.
