How to prepare a pleasant and balanced lemon water?

Pour  200 to 250 ml of  filtered or mineral water into a glass. The water should be  lukewarm, around 30 to 35°C , never hot, to ensure digestive comfort. Squeeze  the juice of half a fresh lemon , about  10 to 15 ml , directly into the water and stir gently.

There's no need to increase the amount of lemon: the goal is well-being, not acidity. If your stomach is sensitive, start with  a few sips , or use only  a quarter of a lemon (5 to 7 ml)  for the first few days, then adjust according to how you feel.

Adopted with pleasure and without constraint, warm lemon water becomes above all a nice pretext for taking care of oneself from the morning.
