I tried this recipe and honestly… wow! It's one of the simplest recipes I've made recently, but the result was simply AMAZING. The pasta is super creamy, the shrimp is incredibly flavorful, and that light Alfredo sauce leaves you wanting more!

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in a large pot of salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, then the shrimp. Fry for 4 minutes.
  3. Add the cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the sauce, mix and serve with parsley and lemon.
