- 200 g linguine or whole wheat spaghetti
- 200 g peeled pink shrimp
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of pressed garlic
- 200 ml of 15% light cream or plant-based cream (almond, soy)
- 30 g grated Parmesan cheese (or malt yeast for a vegan version)
- Organic lemon juice (optional)
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Chopped fresh parsley to serve
