I tried this recipe and honestly… wow! It's one of the simplest recipes I've made recently, but the result was simply AMAZING. The pasta is super creamy, the shrimp is incredibly flavorful, and that light Alfredo sauce leaves you wanting more!

Ingredients (2 people):
  • 200 g linguine or whole wheat spaghetti
  • 200 g peeled pink shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of pressed garlic
  • 200 ml of 15% light cream or plant-based cream (almond, soy)
  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese (or malt yeast for a vegan version)
  • Organic lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Chopped fresh parsley to serve
